Redirect to payfast not working

Good Day. hope you can help.

I followed the installation process and have all working very very well. I can even disconnect a user via the powerlynx portal. the hotpsot page loads, enter in a cell number and then it give me the package options.
Once selecting a package with a price, It then doesn’t take me to the payfast loading screen or similar, it just connects me to the internet.

Most likely, you have enabled the “Trial Sessions” feature, which provides temporary Internet access to the end-user after clicking the “Buy” button.

Please check if the “Trial Sessions” feature is enabled. If it is, kindly disable it by navigating to Config > Captive Portal and try again.

Hi see attached, it’s pretty much the same as you. I don’t see an option to enable or disable.

but separately, even though it grants the user temporary internet access, it doesn’t automatically pop up with any payfast website for them to actually continue with the payment process. It just give internet and no further popups after selecting pay with Payfast.

As I can see, you have enabled “Trial Sessions” for the “Main” location. Please delete it and save the changes - this will disable it.
