For all customers who use Stripe as a payment option: please be aware that Stripe has different API versions, and very old ones cannot be processed by Powerlynx.
It is important to use a recent Stripe API version to successfully purchase a voucher via Stripe. If your Stripe account uses a very old API version, Powerlynx cannot process the payment confirmation that Stripe sends to the Powerlynx webhook. In that case Stripe shows a 400 error for the webhook delivery, and the Captive Portal stays on “Payment pending”.
You can check which API version is used in your Stripe webhook settings (open the Powerlynx webhook → Event deliveries → API version). More information about how to upgrade your Stripe API version can be found here: Upgrade your integration | Stripe Documentation
